Why HIO?
I am not a golf player, so I ask the client what is the most thrilled moment in golf playing? Answers vary but among them my favourite is Hole in One. as a moment lots of golf players want to experience yet few of them achieve in a life time. I then suggest the client that a mini game of HIO be a good idea.
How to Make it?
After making my mind to design a food truck game, I did a lot of brainstorming and then came up with a very rough core game system. From my previous experience about designing table-top games, I think a prototype for playing is a priority. Then I made several prototypes to test with my friends, After many rounds of adding and reducing elements. Finally, I have something simple and clear enough to play which could be a foundation version of the food trucker game.
What to Present?
By showing the high-definition frames, I check with the client about the whole visual impact. Fluorescent Green with the deep blue color from ICCGA logo are chosen as theme colors. A lot of elements designed to express energetic and exciting feeling.
Extending Content
A lot of refinements and finalization, such as transitions of elements, 3D animation are finalized in an online html-5 page maker. And by changing the pictures of playing scene , this mini game system covers the 4 golf events held by ICCGA in different golf clubs in 2017.
